For this project, the builder had insisted on 3 BHK Duplex flats with large rooms with perfect natural light and ventilation. The plot size itself being small became an obstacle but we overcame it with our own ideas of aesthetically balanced good design to complete the assignment. It has become a standout project with best features and the residents have truly appreciated it.
