A single tower project with 220 flats spread over a 22 storeys majestic structure. The flats here are small and compact and while designing we gave a preference to utilize the available natural sunlight and made sure that the cross ventilation across the tower was perfect. We also made sure that the residents get maximum living space as the flats are small and compact. The design fulfills the builder’s requirements and the residents enjoy the best of facilities as provided in the project.
