This project is spread in two towers with 177 flats. This was one of the most challenging design as the builder wanted a variety of flat compositions including 1 BHK Duplex, 2 BHK, 3 BHK & 3 BHK Duplex and 4 BHK Duplex all within the same project with the scenic view of adjoining SUZLON. While designing we had our own compulsion of maintaining the symmetry without disturbing the aesthetics. We completed this project with a great flourish. Double height living and bedroom on upper floor at this 1 BHK Duplex concept is first ever in India.

Presidio is adorned with an equally flourished clubhouse of multipurpose spaces for various activities.
