This project consists of row houses and twin bungalows of varied sizes. For this project, the client had their own vision of giving comfortable space for the residents and an extremely beautiful look for the onlookers. The idea of utilizing a modular approach facilitating multiplication units was perfect and perfectly executed. Designing 5 bungalows/row houses with the standout structures with different identity to each was a good mental exercise. Good use of glass in the entire construction unveils the grandeur along with the feel of vastness provided. Sunlight and ventilation are added advantageous features.
